rear leakage

I have  a 11 yr old cat. I have taken her to doc. They tried meds. and changing her food. She has leakage around her rear, where the hair is. Has gas when you pick her up. Any help?

What meds have they tried? What was the diagnosis? Would you provide more information on this? Has she been tested for parasites?

Some people find "K-Pectin" which contains only Kaolin and Pectin works really well. Don't use human medicine on your cat, please.
