Cross Contamination

My newest question is if I habe been feeling well and eating well and then say I eat something that has been processed in a facility that manufactures wheat will I get contaminated and have symptoms? I sure hope not that makes eating even more difficult. Any advise on this would be helpful, thanks.

Yes it can cause problems. Of course it depends on how severe your sensitivity to gluten is. Gluten is in so many foods. It is difficult for a while learning to avoid it.
