Do I have celiac disease and possibly dermatitis herpetiformis?

I'm a 20 year old female and for the last two weeks I have been experiencing extreme itchiness all over my body and there are small bumps that have appeared on my skin just about everywhere, there are a few small scratches that have appeared also. The bumps on my skin scab on their own. I visited the doctor who was not able to explain what it is, he simply said it could be an allergic reaction to something but I don't think that's it. He did a blood test to see if he could find anything wrong which revealed I have a muscle enzyme level of about 986 (170 being normal). I am wondering if anyone knows how this skin problem that has suddenly appeared could be somehow related to my abnormally high muscle enzyme level.

My theory is I may have celiac disease (which is an autoimmune disease which would explain my high muscle enzyme levels) which is causing dermatitis herepetiformis (Duhring's disease) which would explain the bumps and itchiness of my skin.

Please offer your opinion if you know anything at all about this. Thank you so much!

It is entirely possible.  Elevated muscle enzymes can be caused by many things:

but the skin condition you are describing sounds like what I have, although it was mostly on one arm and scalp for me.

Thank you for your response! I am finally seeing a dermatologist tomorrow, hopefully I'll get some answers then.
