Gallstones

Is it safe to drink virgin olive and lemon juice for a flush? and can gallstones pass on their own?

It's safe to do, as I've done it before myself.  However, I've since read that what you see in the toilet afterwards is not evidence of the stones at all, but is globs of fat.  I don't know if gallstones can pass on their own or not.  I suggest posting in the general gastroenterology forum in order to get more folks to view your question.
