PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I am a twenty year old college student. I have lower stomache discomfort, pain, and bubbling. I have severe urges to deficate at times but when I try I have difficulties but what does come out is very watery, some times a bit thicker. It is also yellow and burns sometimes. I have other symptoms like headaches, random sudden low grade fevers, shocks of pain threw chest and back, Irregular appeteite This has been plaguing me for soooo long and it is starting to get rough. I was think Gilberts but no one that I know of. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!

Yellow is generally a sign of infection.
Have you been on clindimycin in the past few months? It can cause a nasty infection in the stomach.

Have you seen a doctor about this? If not, I suggest you do.
If it's an infection it will get worse...and could spread to your entire body.

I would have your doctor test you for IBS, GERD, Celiac, etc.
There are so many possibilities...and there's only one way to find out what it is...testing.

Yellow/clay colored stool is indicative of liver- specifically Bilirubin being elevated.

One overlooked possible cause could be parasite infection.  

Look into use of cloves, black walnut hull, artemisia, grapefruit seed extract, and/or papaya seeds.

Have you have your gallbladder checked.....I would look into it.  I didn't have stones, but my gallbladder was diseased.  Good luck and many blessings!
