Syntol & Infrared Saunas
Does using a infrared sauna kill of the spore germination obtained by taking Syntol?

The following are the ingredients:
B. subtilis, L. helvecticus, S. boulardii, L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, L. lactis, B. bifidum

I know the infrared kills much bad bacteria, I'm not sure if it kills the formation of new spores created by Syntol.  When I called the Syntol hotline to ask, they said they did not know.  We just bought a sauna and I don't know if I should wait 2 months (how long I will be on Syntol) before I can use it.  Does anyone know?

Thanks,
Audrey

Syntol is a probiotic, eg bacteria, and they do not form spores (spores are fungi). The infrared heat only works outside the body, and should not reach the bacteria inside your gut. No worries there.
