I have numerous snapping noise from tendons or joints, been gluten free for one year also suffer from weak muscles. Could this be a nutrient deficiency? Was fine up tp three months ago when it gradually started. Any Celiac people have same problem or remedie? Thanks
I have been celiac for 3 years now, and yes I find I often have the same problem. I suffer from severe neck and back pain, also really painful headaches. However I am not sure if the two are related.
I do suggest trying to strengthen yourself by working out, when I am active I feel my best. But I also know what its like being weak and exhausted so it hard to motivate yourself to work out. Its like a roller coaster.
Also seeing a chiropractor might be a good option for you?
Actually that is all I have been taking is vitamins including calcium. Had no problems until I had started taking them. I am going to cut back on vitamins until some doctor shows me thru a test that I am actually deficient in something. I have read that sometimes vitamins themselves can cause side effects if you don't need them.
