well, I have tried drinking the juice from boiled cabbage. Peppermint, aloe vera, lavender, marshmellow. These can be bought at gnc or most herb shops. An it helps me when I feel my body needed a break from all the pills. But you have to be careful not taking some meds can throw your body into shock. I have had crohn's diagnosed since 1997. But suffered years before the right diagnoses.

Sage is an anti-inflammatory herb, so maybe that would help.
