gliadin ab positive
i am going to a neurologist for neuropathy and he just told me to see a gastro guy as my gliadin level was 22  for the iga and positive when it is supposed to be under 13, but my igg was negative. does this mean i have celiac disease or is it something else

If you are IgA positive, then it's celiac disease. IgG positive would indicate a gluten 'allergy.'
