is Sprue and ceoliacs disease the same condition

I have been wondering what neurological symptoms and treatment are suitable for ceoliacs.I believe I suffer from essential vitamin/minerals among other things. My doc did a routine blood test and said I was very low in Vitamin D.
How ever I asked who can test for all defiencies in Ceoliacs suffers and she said no-one.Since I also suffer Irritable bowel syndrome there are so many foods that I cannot eat that makes me believe I am low in several essential nutrients, but when I buy them gluten free, they upset my tummy.I don't know what to do,due to food limitations, can't take multri nutrients due to malabsorption.Doctors are no help to me.What can I do.I barely eat.
I hope someone will advize me on this as I am really struggling alone with it.

Your Dr is wrong,  It is very easy to diagnose coeliac by way of a biospy of the intestine.  I would suggest seeing another doctor who will probably first want to do a blood test.  If the results of that come back negative or inconclusive then push for a biopsy as you have enough symptoms to warrant this.  Even if you do not have coeliac your Dr should still be referring you to a gastro specialist at the hospital.  If you have no luck with your current Dr then change Drs.  Good luck
