mucus in stool

My named is Terra. I am 25 years old. I have have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease for going on 7 years. I am very strict with my diet. I really don't know if this is associated with my Celiac Disease or not. For the last few days I have noticed the when I have a bowel movement there is mucus in the stool. I don't notice it every time but when I do notice it its sort of cloudy but mostly clear. Does any one have any ideas of what could be going on? Any help at all will be greatly appreciated. It's only noted when we sometimes have a bit more which can happen for a variety of reasons. It's possible you might be experiencing a small digestive 'upset' of some sort. Keep an eye on what's going on. If it becomes an everyday thing, the color changes, or it becomes extremely copious, then check with your doc. But for the most part it's nothing to worry about.
