I haven't tried their buns, but they have a new bread that is GREAT with hamburgers. You can toast it, but it's just as good untoasted. Remember you should not use a toaster that could have any wheat crumbs to contaminate your bread.
The new Udi's bread I can't get enough of is the last one shown - Millet - Chia. Wow - what great texture. It is a little chewy, especially the crust, and complex because of the seeds to chew. If you like a smoother texture, you may love their cinnamon raisin or the white bread. I did buy their hotdog buns for sausages. I get healthy sausages at the healthfood store, usually made with chicken and gluten-free of course.
