vomiting and diarrhea

my wife is vominting and also she have diarrhea and she is shaking with cold

She more than likely has the stomach flu. It is also possible she has food poisoning. Tell her to take sips of room temperature water constantly, to stay hydrated. If the symptoms continue for more than a few more days, she should go in to the doctor....
