Any information about this?

I recently came accross a newpaper headline which was contained within a press release. This headline claimed that a child had fully recovered from brain injury with the help of a 'neurodevelopmental stimulation' programme. The newspaper is the Daily Mail from the UK, so the article must be reputable and the neurologist who helped him is named Andrew Brereton from 'Snowdrop.' Has anyone any information about this, or know anything about it?
