GETTING TREATMENT FOR MY UNCLE

actually my maternal uncle is suffering from cerebular atrophea . it is a disease by inheritence from his father and his father from his grandma .they had a very mild problem at the ages after 60 but my uncle has got it since late 30 s now he is 47 and the disease seems to be influencing him not only physically but also mentally . we are not able to find appropiate treatment in pakistan and the doctors say that no research whatsoever has been done they also seem to stabilize the disease but there has been deterioratiion ever since .according to them the disease PARKINSON is also present in it .please help me in this regard as i have got the MRI s and reports from the doctors such a disease would also be a source of research for you to spread yourself worldwide . my other uncle had died of same disease due to sweer muscle weakning .
