Help for Intracerebral hemorrhage

My grandmother had Intracerebral hemorrhage about 2 months ago. the intracerebral bleeding amount is 30 ML. The surgery is complete succesfully but she is still in narcose till today. She can open her eyes, move a little bit, watch somebody but not talk, walk, eat and communicate. Right now, we can only feed her by using tube feeding. I m really worried about her because the longer the narcose is, the higher rate that she will have some sequela. Current treatment is just some antibiotics I m here to ask help, any advises. I will be very appreciated.

I am sorry to hear about the slow recovery of your grandmother.
Could you specify the exact location where she bled? Which part of the brain was involved?
You are correct in anticipating complications if her comatose state persists. Please take care of her nutrition (although she has Ryles Tube in place, she can still be fed near-normal food constituents by making a paste using a mixie), and especially make sure she does not develop bed sores. Frequent change of position is essential.
How old is your grandmother?

I agree with Bobby 1973, our thoughts are with you and your family.

You also did not mention the age of your grandmother.  I've known a family member who was in her early 50s when she had the same thing occur.  It took a long time for her to recover long after the Drs had given up.  My cousin quit his job and became her full time caretaker and Physical Therapist.

Is she getting any physical therapy?  She needs to be moved every day by professionals.  Keep her moving as well.  If there is any way of having reciprocal movement (right arm, left leg/left arm, right leg as in crawling or walking movement) as part of the PT.   We saw improvement over time but it's a very long time.

Talk with her and tell her the things going on, read to her, bring her flowers with pleasant scents to smell (this is another brain stimulation), classical music (Mozart).
Think of what your senses are: sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing.
