Please Help Me!!!

I have mild spastic cerebral palsy. I'm having a great deal of trouble walking, sitting down from standing position and standing up from seated position but I have little trouble riding a bicycle, and I want advice...

Here are my symptons:

Both Legs: The insides of my feet (Arches) turn slightly inward and upward when walking. The muscles in my calves and hamstrings constantly tighten and spasm up. I lose balance easily. Both knees extend backwards further than they should. My ankles, while flexible when sitting, are not very flexible when walking.

Left Leg: My left knee locks up sometimes (major surgery done for meniscus tear around 9 years ago). I also have plantars fasciitis in my left heel and my left ankle and calf muscles locks up from time to time when the plantars fasciitis pain begins.

Right Leg: Knee has some kind of bulbous apparatus on the left (inner) side of the kneecap, which I believe is a spasming muscle and sometimes shows a slight bit of pain. When sitting if I try to raise my lower leg (from 90 degree angle to horizontally even with upper leg) for stretching, my knee will sometimes pop.

As far as seeing a doctor goes: I make extremely little money and have no savings or insurance at all. I have no open credit cards and will be filing bankruptcy very shortly. So a doctors visit is out since I cannot afford it. I need home remedy solutions, physical therapy cures, or anything else you can think of that may be of some kind of help.
