i am really sorry to hear about all this, but the problem is that children with spastic diplegic CP. Spasticity is caused by an exaggeration of the normal muscle passive stretch reflex. Joint contractures, subluxation, and degeneration are common in patients with spastic cerebral palsy. Since you have about one month time to take action, you need to be careful to maintain his range of motion of the various joints as well as prevent the worsening of his spine scoliosis.Frustration won't help you. So you need to remove it as soon as possible.
I wish you all the best as well as pray for quick improvement. Don't delay.
