bipolar diagnosis in cerebral plaxy

Is there expert opinion and literature available on diagnosis and treatment of adults with cerebral palsy and apparently psychotic symptoms diagnosed as bipolar. The patient has athetoid cerebral play with severe spasm. She is unable to speak and communicates via a computer. She lives near London UK
