erbs palsy

I am a 55 year woman with Erbs Palsy. As a young child I received therapy, since then I have not had any medical attention. My left arm does not straighten, also can' t turn hand over or have any usage of fingers. I have been getting less usage of my arm, it is tightening more and weakening. Also I have tingling and numbness in all my fingers!!!  The dull ache of tingling keeps me from sleeping and making it difficult working.
My question is: Are you knowledgeable of any neurologist in the Bridgewater, n.j. area that can help me, I have blue cross ins., also has surgery been successful on my issues?
I have to address now, it is affecting every part of my life. I hope you can give me some direction.
