Hi,
How is you wife and how far along is she in her pregnancy? Would you know why she was given Duphaston? If you are referring to Duphaston (dydrogesterone), side effects may include gastrointestinal disturbances, allergic skin rashes or urticaria, changes in libido, acne, fluid retention, mass gain, mental depression and breast change ( ref: http://home.intekom.com/pharm/schering/duphastn.html#SIDE-EFFECTS). If the numbness persist, have her checked by her doctor for proper management. Complete neurological examination is important. Take care and regards.
