I am really sorry but there is no known cure or treatment for this disorder if it is hereditary. Treatment is mainly supportive with physical therapy, assisted devices that help with walking, speech etc, and a good nutritious diet with vitamin supplements.
However, if it is secondary to some cause, then treating the cause may improve but not cure the condition. The various causes of spinocerebellar atrophy or degeneration include stroke, multiple sclerosis, tumors, alcoholism, peripheral neuropathy, metabolic disorders, and vitamin deficiencies. Please discuss with your treating doctor. The first step in treatment is finding the cause.
