what could thickening of my cervica wall or lining mean? I am 55 yrs old.

HI,
Cervical thickening can be because of cervical hypertrophy, chronic cervicitis etc. This indicates a benign lesion. However pap smears and colposcopy may be done for confirmation. Consult a gynaecologist for an evaluation.
