I had cryotherapy for dysplasia yesterday and am not convinced it happened...

I was really surprised by how completely painless the procedure was when everywhere on the internet, other women have stated that the cramping during and after was debilitating.  It wasn't even comparable to a PAP Smear.  I took four ibuprofen an hour before the treatment, but I haven't had to take any pain relief medications since.  When I walked out to the front desk to schedule my followup PAP, my face felt very warm, but that only lasted about a minute.  My friend - who came with me for the cryotherapy - and I decided to walk down the street to get coffee afterward, and I had a sharp cramp that lasted me less than a minute while standing in line.  I haven't had any cramping since, and I haven't had any amount of discharge unusual for me.  I just indulged in an orgasm earlier today (my doctor said orgasms are okay as long as there's no intercourse), and while my vagina felt a little sore, it was barely noticeable and nothing extreme.  I have called my doctor and asked whether this complete lack of symptoms is okay, and while I was told it is, I'm still not convinced.  Is it possible that the cryoprobe was not working or that my cervix did not freeze properly, and that my doctor wouldn't have known it?  And should I seek a second opinion - maybe another doctor who could look through a colposcope and tell me whether my cervix looks like it's healing from cryotherapy?

I just wanted to make a slight correction to this post.  The watery discharge has started.  It's definitely not as bad as I expected, but it's there, and it makes sure to remind me every once in awhile with warm gushes of liquefied cells.  I am one of the lucky ones for whom cryotherapy was all bark and no bite.  The procedure didn't hurt.  There's been no pain post-procedure so far.  I hold my doctor in high esteem, so I figured there was no chance of the cryotherapy not being performed properly.  But I was really set up for this to have been painful and when it wasn't even uncomfortable, it worried me that there might have been that off chance.  Well, here I am with my watery discharge, so my question is officially answered!
