I have been in alot of pain

I have been in alot of pain on my left side mostly but it gose all the way across to the right side ,,And i feel the pain down both of my legs But the pain is more on my left side down my left leg,,I had a pap done about 3 months ago and my doc said it came back with alittle bit abnormal but nothing to worry about,,im getting scared wondering now if it was somthing to worry about,,and my doc didnt really care ,,Now 3 months later i have pain,,,dose it sound like i may have cancer?????
