IN PAIN 24/7

I was wondering if someone could let me know if some of their symptoms are the same as mine. I have been in constant pain for 4 months, and at first they thought that I had a cyst but now they think it is endometriosis. I think that they are wrong. These are my symptoms: abdominal cramps, stabbing abdominal pain, pressure & pain in right ovary, now the left as well, heavy irregular periods, missed periods, spotting, clear watery discharge, lower back pain & pressure, nauseous, vaginal area tender & sore, feel tired & weak all the time, feels like I have to pee when I just went, hip joints are sore, hard to walk some days, runny bowels or constipated, breast tenderness, lost 40 pounds (6 pant sizes) since march, had abnormal cells removed in 2005, pain in both thighs (mostly the right), right leg sometimes feels swollen, sharp pains in vaginal area, sometimes it hurts to contract the muscles to pee, burning sensation in right abdomen & thigh, bloated in right side of abdomen, along with a few others.  I don't know why but I have a strong feeling that it is cervical cancer, so if anyone could give me some feed back it would be greatly appreciated.
