Pls Help

by Menuka, Aug 02, 2009 08:33PM
My mother was diagnosed a cervical cancer in June 2008. She was treated with radio, chemotherapy and bracheotherapy. After 8 months, a CT was done and there was an Ovarian cystic mass of 6 cm and it caused moderate hydronephosis in one kidney. Then an aspiration biopsy was done and the report said it was not malignant. But in June when we did a CA125 it showed 130.....and a week after it is 220. Now the doctor says it is a cancer.....But still no second biopsy was done too.... Dont know whether this is spread from cervical cancer or newly created ovarian one or just a cystic mass. If anyone experienced similar story pls respond me.....
