Someone please help

I am 24 and have been suffering from period pain for over a year now. I have been to see my GP so many times and was just told women get pain. Now I have the pain all the time and i also have other things. In the past two months I now get a discharge that is horrible smelling, I have lost my appetite and a stone in just over a week. I feel incredibly tired all the time not just tired but like a complete exhaustion. I bleed after sex which I don't have now because sex itself is too painful during and after and I bleed most of the time anyway whether I'm on my period or not. I finally got referred to a Gynae a month ago and he did a smear, my first. i received a letter saying they found cancerous cells and I need a colposcopy. Left it for 3 weeks without an appointment but was rushed in to A and E on Sunday. The doctor said there was nothing he could do to help me as I'm under the gynae and sent me home. Then when I left he came out after me saying the gynae wanted to speak with me urgently. I called them in the morning and they said they had no idea what was going on and have fobbed me off since then. My five year-old daughter has had to see me passed out covered in blood twice now and this pain is intolerable. What am I supposed to do. The pain has spread right across my lower back now and I just can't get anywhere or speak to anyone who helps. They seem to just shrug their soldiers. One doctor even told me that it was God's work. I am at a complete loss now. This has been going on for well over one year now.

if the OBGYN did a pap smear and found precancer or cancerous cells why are they now shrugging it off?  None of this makes sense to me.  I take it you are not in US because the policies you speak of sound unfamilar to me.  

I would continue going to different doctors... Find a new OBGYN and demand a colposcopy and punch biopsy.
