my pap came back with abnormal cells and i was told its moderate and have to have colposcopy done. IM VERY SCARED!! could this be cancer???

I'm 30 years old and had pap done bout a month ago. I went in for lower right side pain and the last year and half of overian cysts that rupture and at times very painful. Yesterday my Dr. office called and said that they need to set up an other apt for a colposcopy that i have irregular cells and that there are 3 levels and that I'm at 2 which is moderate displyia. some of the symptoms I'v been having is weight loss 20lbs in 5 to 6 weeks, darreaha, loss of appitite, and a great deal of personal stress. I see the dr for the cyst problem on Monday but the colposcopy cant be done as of now till Dec 4th I cant wait that long im going crazy now with worry and help and could this be cancer??????????????

oh i did 4get few more things I have had pain when my bladder is full and pain as i start to go then im ok. also pain during sex and all my pain is either just on right side or bout 6in below my navel bout a straight line down. i feel fullness in my lower abdominal area. ok I think thats all for now thanks.  nikki

How did your colposcopy go today?  few days to a week for results... let me know how you are feeling and when results are in!

just saw u posted this but i think i told u that i had to change it to Jan 18th due to starting i was not at all happy but nothin i can do bout it.I have been in lots of pain not sure if its due to that or the possible crohn's. have the colonoscopy on monday im worried like normal now with all this new and added pain makes it much worse. when i do have it i will let u know. thanks 4 askin

i had adnormal cells come up on my smear test last march i had laser treatment to remove the cells and have regular smears every 6 mths now to make sure it does not come back the last one was clear. Its good they do this i was 3 on mine and i am ok.
