I am very lucky, stage 1B lung cancer removed, having four treatments of chemo, however, the thrush I am having is unbearable. I hope not to sound unresonable, but I can take the pain and sickness over the uncomfortableness of this situation, have taken most of the nizoral tablets in two days it is not alleviating the issues. Anyone have any helpful issues?
your cancer doctor should prescribe you something called "miracle mouthwash" for the thrush. my dad has pancreatic cancer and got a terrible case of thrush and the first thing his cancer doctor done was prescribe him the mouthwash and he almost instantly got some relief when high powered narcotics were not working because we were unsure of what he had. call your doctor and ask about the mouthwash it should be no problem since thrush is very common in chemotherapy and radiation patients.
