age 73  past diagnosed : hypertension , glaucoma, osreoporosis 'astma

diagnosed :  right beast carcinoma - stage IIA  T2 N0 MO
                   invasive duct carcinoma 2.9 cm ; GR3 ; DCIS GR3
                   ER PR ARE NEGATIVE  ;  HER2 ?

advised: adjuvant therapy chemo - radiotherapy caf n6
             breast irradiation (rt)

is chemo  tritmaet is neccery ?

Hi,
As per current treatment guidelines, all T2 tumors must receive chemotherapy. In such patients chemotherapy has been shown to reduce risk of recurrence and improve overall survival.

Hi,
The risk of H1N1 is higher in immunocompromised patients, including cancer patients.
Please discuss with your treating oncologist about decreasing the risk.
