As per current treatment guidelines, all T2 tumors must receive chemotherapy. In such patients chemotherapy has been shown to reduce risk of recurrence and improve overall survival.

The risk of H1N1 is higher in immunocompromised patients, including cancer patients.
Please discuss with your treating oncologist about decreasing the risk.
