15 year old male w/ 13 mm CM - NO SYMPTOMS!

Please help me understand how a perfectly healty, fit and active boy of 15 has this 13 mm CM for so long. He is a skatboarder, football , baseball, basketball player that is also a self taught guitar player that first played upside down before he relized he was really suppose to be playing it as a lefty.

No symptoms except for the mild headache and neck pain assocatied w/ sports.....PLEASE HELP ME!!
