Almost 2 month Post OP (feel Great)

Things are starting to look up. I had decompression surgery on the 27th of Feb and I have to say I am feeling good. I had my last appt a week ago and was releasd to do my normal activities, but up to how i fee. I was still advised not to lift too much at once and go back at the slowly.

I still dont feel up to driving, I still get dizzy just riding in a vehicle and dont feel safe driving myself yet. My doc says that will pass after time. I still have fluid build up in the back of my head but that too will go away he says, which in the last few days I have noticed it disapearing. I can not lay on the back of my head and sleep is so much more easy these days.

Just thought I woudl update you all.

Hi Thanks so much for the update !! So happy to hear u r doing well....it can take time to feel better .....the car issue I had too, and I know I have cerviocranial instability....so, I would take a pillow along to help stabilize my head....that made riding in the car easier to deal with.

Just remember to move forward slowly other wise u can have set backs....so relax, and for now walk and do ur neck exercises. Keep us posted : )
