I am hesitantly anticipating a Cranio Cervical Fusion with Dr. B at TCI. I have read just about everything I can find on the internet- blogs, forums, articles, you name it and I cannot seem to find anyone who has has a cranio cervical fusion and does not have Chiari. What I'd like to know-is it easier then what I've read because they aren't touching as much when they are doing a decompression also? What is the outcome? What about the expecatiations (ie-hospital stay, PT, recovery time.)
Anyone with any insight please let me know! As many of you know, this is a very scary and difficult decision.
Thank you all!
