Back in the hospital

Hey everyone just FYI I am back In the hospital. I got bad numbness in both my arms, I couldn't talk right, had no energy, my fever was at 101 I could t breath right and couldn't pick myself up off my sisters floor in her bathroom after. Shower last night I had a bad headache too where I could nt see well. I had no energy and couldn't sleep well. So I'm in icu at kaiser in Fontana now. I saw my ns and he is ordering and MRI tomorrow and thinks my brain swelled trying to heal. They have been doing all sorts of tests. I'm now in he hospital on heparin, colace, metamucil, steroids, insulin because if the steroids and morphine. Just FYI will have Marla or myself keep u all posted

Hi everyone just wanted to update you all. I am Still in he hospital and got  results from my MRI they say I have swelling at the surgical site. Will know
more for a plan of action tomorrow from my ns when he comes to see me.

Hi all looks like I may b going home tomorrow. The dr came in that is on duty from neurology and said it will just take time for the surgical swelling to go down and will be keeping me
on seroids. Will post more when I can actually sit in front of a computer and tell u guys all about my whole experience. I have been updating from my iPhone and it's a pain to do sometimes. Thanks for all the support

Hey Selma,  I wondered if it would help me to take this Medrol-depo pak they give me, I hate those things. They make me hot inside. Is that normal? I hope you feel better Devin215. I might be there soon. I don't know what is going on with me..sick of being sick..Pain and more pain. I guess I can say I relate to what ur going thru ...a little. I have CM and probably Hashimotto...thyroid or something. Still in the dx phase..argggg!!! We will get there with THE LORD...He will sustain us..just believe and keep the faith..Karen
