Chiari Dizzy Spells .

Does anyone else get Dizzy after jogging or running? Or is it just me ? I feel dizzy for a few hours after a jog or run .

Actually both , the jarring and the BP can cause the issues together or separately.. ...

  We r all diff in how we r affected, but either of these can and will be a reason for more symptoms to occur.

So it is about the pumping of blood, for exercise, and not the jarring of  jogging that causes the pressure... dizziness?

SAME thing happens to me alllll the time, making it very difficult to work out - i literally feel like im going to pass out (and my blood surgar is normal) so, you're not alone.  I havent been able to work out for a while because of this

Yes, ne type of activity that can cause ur heart to pump faster and u to strain will cause symptoms like that, it is trying to push CSF and other fluids thru the spinal cord, but with an obstruction it is not easy, and u get the symptoms as a result.

We have a list of activities to try to avoid to minimize these symptoms.

Do u have a chiari specialist?
