Chiari Handbook By Doctor Menezes

I was just reading some of the posts, and can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of Doctor Menezes Chiari handbook? I didn't know there was one, but a copy would be helpful.

I find if it is in a handbook by a doctor, published work, there are less people going "whered you find all that information? You cant trust the internet..." more reputable.

  Sure most of the info has been made into Health Pages here on MedHelp so u can find a lot of the info here, not all of it...lol...as it is quite a bit....I will PM u the PDF file link.

Hey Selma...
Waaay back when on this thread you were going to send me the link to Dr. Menezes's chiari handbook... I dont believe I ever got it. I haven't been very active on here in the last year or so, just been trying to live a normal life.  Doing some research again now though and would love to take a look at this.

Selma, Thanks for sending the link. I realized after looking at it, that it is what they handed out at the chiari conference last year. I did give my copy that I had to my sister and of course she doesn't know where she put it. Thanks again!!
