Chiari Malformation and Pineal Brain Cyst

Am I the only one fighting for my life with chiari malformation AND a pineal brain cyst??? Please I'd love to hear from others experiencing both of these rare brain conditions or either. I'm dying because I can't get the help I need due to Louisiana Medicaid that no one accepts (besides the universities). I need the chiari malformation decompression surgery NOW! I'm almost immobile and this could've possibly been prevented or slowed wit surgery. I'd love to hear from others:)!! Thank you ♡♡♡ ClaireNicole~

  Hi ClaireNicole and welcome to the Chiari forum.

  There is a large number of those with Chiari that also have a pineal cyst .....and unfortunately even tho it is all over the internet....Chiari is not rare....the only thing rare is well informed and experienced Drs....in fact one Chiari specialist stated there are more with Chiari then MS !

It is very possible you may also have other related conditions as well as the 2 you mentioned .....
