Doing some research!! Chiarians post op~~

I have a few questions and want u to use the poll to respond
once we have the info, I will be able to explain my questions : ) Thank u in advance for participating.


1- How many had a drain post op in the ICU?

2-How many know their mom took a med to prevent miscarriage?

3-How many have a family member with chiari or a related condition?

4- How many of u have Ehlers-Danlos?

  If u had surgery, u would know if u had a drain, it is a collection of  fluids, mostly blood...from an area close to the incision....mine was in the front pocket of my hospital gown,...I was unaware it was there until they told me about it...

But u would have been told, especially when they went to remove it as to what it was.....mine was in the whole time I was in ICU and was not removed until I was readied to be moved to a reg room.

   So if u do not recall one, u most likely did not have one.

Just wanted to add...that I haven't been actually successful in getting an EDS diagnosis but it is strongly suspected so I put it down as a yes.

I didn't answer n.3, but I believe that my mother as it, but she doesnt want to have an MRI.
