Any experience with him?  Mayfield doesn't take my insurance.

  No one knows where he is...he said he was going to open up elsewhere, then had a medical issue himself and no one has heard if or when he will be opening an office.

  Try and appeal to ur insurance to cover it, they just may  work with u.....I know we had a few got to CC but since Dr Di left I do not know if ne one is still going there.
