Drop attack?

Tonight I had the single weirdest expeirience since all this started..... Out of the blue I started feeling numb every where. Really nauseated and my ears were ringing. Than I broke out in a cold sweat and the dizziness took over me. The next thing I knew. I was on my hands and knees rocking on the floor and the pain set in.  I thought my head was going to explode.    And I couldn't feel my bladder other than I was have severe spasms.  And after I wen pee the spasms intensified.......  Not sure whatvthis little attack was but I have never had it before. Could it possible be a drop attack. I am not really sure what they are?

Well this is nothing like a drop attack I had....for me, I was fine...standing one moment and the next I was aware I was falling toward the ground, but unable to break my fall or say nething.

I am not sure what happened to u, but I would not consider it a drop attack, as many who witness one is under the impression u passed out...only u remember half of what happened.


Do u have a chiari dr yet?...if so cal him, if not call ur PCP...U need to be checked to see what is going on.

Thank u.  And yes I have dr. Di.    I will have to call Monday.   I now come to find out I was shaking when I was out.   My 4 year old thought I was cold.  I am thinking it might have been a seizure. Although I have never had one of those either.  Weird....  Lol.  Thank u again Selma

I like selma had no warning and no control.

If you feel it was a seizure and you have no history of them then I would say you need to see a doctor ASAP, if it happens again you would need to go to ER. Try and have someone with or near you tonight who will not panic and who can help if it happens again ie: an adult :).....

Thank u.  My 12 year old is sleeping in the living ro with me tonight.  She is the less sound sleeper. She would be able to wake up and get my DH.  I choose the room with the ac thinking maybe the humidity caused it.   I am to affraid to sleep though. I don't like loosing control.    And I did have an episode about a year ago where I just fell I knew I was falling but didn't stop myself or couldn't. And once it wad done I couldn't remember if I tripped but I cut my knee up pretty bad on the side walk.     I thought since I knew I was falling and for the most part aware of what was going on that it was just clumsiness.    Well thank you guys for ur help.   : )

Scary!!!....I was thinking that same, that I wondered if it was a seizure...

I would definitely mention this to your dr...I hope you had a good sleep last night!
