Are there any drugs to help the weakness and the peripheral neuropathy? I would be very grateful to know ASAP!

Hi Pamela Jayne and welcome to the Chiari forum.

I am not sure about the weakness of the neuropathy , but gabapentin is one med that can be used for this as well as some anti depression meds.

May I ask, have you had surgery for Chiari or any related condition?

Have you been on meds for this to date?
