EMG today...terrified!

First off, it's been a while, so hello everyone :-) Ok. So I'm on my way to my NL appt for MRI results and my first EMG. I hate hate hate needles and pain, so looking up the procedure online was probably the worst thing I could do! Anyone had one? What should I expect? Did it hurt???

  I had one...and I will tell u after u have urs....but, I will say this, it will help determine if many of ur issues r chiari related or a pinched nerve....

If u have nerve damage or they r pinched u may not feel too much.....

Just try to think about the positives this test will provide....

  and try to relax....

I had a few done before and I don't think they hurt. I had a lot worse though! hahaha
