Exercising?

How safe would light exercising be just a month after surgery?

Hi that is a question you should address to your doctor as each person is different, the obvious question is do you need to do this exercise right now?

I am not an expert but any exertion may cause an increase in the CSF pressure around the brain and spine and this may not be good so soon after surgery....

HI ...I am again agreeing with Ray as ur dr or PT should be directing u as to what u can do....the only other one in addition to listen to is ur body....ur Dr can say u can do this without harm, but if ur body says no...listen.
