Well, i think the moon effects me a day or 2 before the actual full moon. Saturday was horrible, still bad on sunday, and just kinda yucky. Yesterday and today were much better!

Ok...so it is a full moon...I finally got it together... and yes, I do feel worse. Yesterday, I woke up choking which I haven't done since before surgery. Just generally, the body pain and stuff seems to be increasing again..and for some reason my GERD has really kicked up again as well!! That is really interesting...I am going to have to try and keep monitoring this...

I have to say that Saturday, the 27th was the best feeling day I had in a long time!! Still a little symptomatic but had energy that I have not had!!  It was an enjoyable day!  Will make sure to take note next month!

My head hurt when I woke yesterday, for most of the day. It felt like how premenstrual headache usually feels.   My middle upper back is constantly aching. My right knee usually hurts a little here and there usually, but the last week it was hurting every day. And my finger joints hurt, which is unusual.  Unsure if it is moon related or not. I will see if things start to calm over the next week, maybe?   Stacey

A blue moon is the "extra" full moon in years that have thirteen full moons. Most years have twelve full moons which occur approximately monthly, but in addition to those twelve full lunar cycles, each solar calendar year contains an excess of roughly eleven days compared to the lunar year. The extra days accumulate, so every two or three years (7 times in the 19-year Metonic cycle), there is an extra full moon. The extra moon is called a "blue moon." Different definitions place the "extra" moon at different times.

Yeah, many of us find we feel worse several days b4 and after a full moon.......

I always pay attention to the full moon and mostly because my kids are hyper then usual, my mom works in a nursing home and tells me the patients get so out of control. It's funny I just saw this question because just recently we had a full moon, actually was told it was a blue moon which I don't really know what that means and was telling my husband that i thought i felt worst because of it, he ofcourse looked at me like i was nuts lol.
