I am so glad to know that my PCP RX'd me to take antihistamines, which I knew were helping me, I take less reflux meds, no longer have as many IBS issues and I sleep better....now I see how much more of an impact it really has and why. - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3jOeVbGfGqM
