Head Pressure / Full Ears After Lumbar Puncture and Blood Patch

I have had trouble getting up after a lumbar puncture and blood patch.  The blood patch fixed the excruciating pain, but I still have a headache that worsens when I lift my head, and the pressure is really strong.  Both of my ears have been completely plugged since.  I'm also dizzy,  nauseated, and have lower back pain.  I realize some headache is normal afterward, but it feels like something is wrong.  I have contacted my doctors to ask,  but am still waiting to hear back.  Does anyone have thoughts on this?

That's where I am now! :)  I have been sleeping in one for months.  I get nauseated and short of breath when I lay flat (why I have been using a recliner), but when I lift my head now after the procedures this week,  the pressure and headache increase.  What to do!!!

Have  you  tried  to  elevate the head  of  your bed  to  see  if  that  helps?...Like  being in  a recliner  verses being  completely  flat...give  it  a go...hope  it  helps.

I was down flat for two hours after the puncture (Wednesday morning), went home,  and then was flat except to use the bathroom for two days.  Then I had the emergency blood patch Friday afternoon.  I was down two hours there and have been flat for three days again except to use the bathroom.  There 's so much pressure,  I'm not sure I can sleep. :(
