Heat

Has anyone tried an infared heating pad?  Is it worth the extra expense?

I have a nice pillow that I bought at JC Penney.  It has little bean's in the inside.  So when you  lay your head down on them they form to your head.  Also I recommend a warm heating be liner.  All stores carry these.  They are fixed under yu blanket so your  heat doesn''t exscape like a heating blanket is.  I also like my neck ring I wear this when I'. sitting in my head it is something a little softer for the head.

Hi...If u have a heating pad, just use that and save ur money...my mom has a infrared thingy for pain and I tried it, I would rather the heating pad as u have to keep this other thing moving....some days I do not have it in me to massage myself with something like that....

I am not sure about the heating pad that is infrared....not sure how it has that technology....as it is a light, and from the directions were to keep it moving....
