It's Tina...I'm out of the hospital!!!

Just wanted to take a minute to let you all know that I had my surgery done on Monday (by Dr. Heffez).  I also had a disc removed and replaced, which was a separate surgery at the same time.  My recovery has gone very smoothly so far and Dr. H discharged me this morning.  I am not really in pain at this point, I'm just really, REALLY stiff in my neck, head and back.  I also have some discomfort because I have to wear a collar for the spinal cord surgery, so rubs my CM incision.  But all in all, I had some nausea and vomiting at the beginning, but the rest of my recovery has been smooth.  I don't have much stamina, but I can walk around, and I feel blessed by all of the prayers and encouragement that has come my way.

Well, it's time for me to go lay down, so I'm off to be the good patient. :)
