Last CM Question

Does CM affect the back of your neck and throat...like my throat/neck is numb and getting worse...
My NS says the neck and little part of my brain that showed on it looked "normal" so why when I move my neck
I get pains and numbness? Just makes no sence and its just getting worse. Past week has felt like something is
stuck in it and tingling all day.  If nerves were invovled would that not have show on cervical mri?

If CM does not get worse, as in it does not change type then would that be the difference
between brain sag..? And if the sagging or CM was that bad wouldnt it show on the cervical spine.
Ugh Im so in pain sorry...ive seen about 3 nuerologist and they all dont give me answers.
